Semi Contact
Semi-contact Kickboxing opponents try to score points by successfully landing strikes to their opponent whilst maintaining clean controlled form. Each strike must be made with light contact only. Each time a strike is successfully landed, the fight is interrupted and opponents are reset to their staring positions.

Light & kick light
Light-contact kickboxing opponents fight for a number of rounds and try to score points by landing clean and controlled strikes. If a fighter is deemed to be fighting too hard then they shall be given a warning by the referee. Otherwise the fight is continuous and only interrupted if a foul committed.
Light-contact kickboxing is perfect for intermediate Kick boxers who want to compete or gain vital experience for full-contact fights.
Kick Light. All the above rule apply with the added benefit of kicking the thigh above the knee.

Full Contact is a discipline of Kickboxing where the intention of a fighter is to beat his opponent with sheer power and strength.

A style of kickboxing that emphasizes a strong western boxing style with frequent, devastating low leg kicks.

k-1
K-1 is a combat sport that combines stand up techniques from Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo, Savate, San Shou, Kickboxing and traditional Boxing. K-1 techniques consist of high kicks, low kicks, knees strikes, punches and defensive movements, where kicks and knees are allowed to the legs, torso and head as well as traditional boxing techniques.

Juniors (age 4-18 Years) R 250 per month
Seniors (age 19 and up) R 350 per month
Fighters R180 once off per year registration fee.
